We’re excited to welcome Ben Gardea as the Ole' Academy Director! With a passion for player development and creating positive soccer experiences, Ben will lead all aspects of our youth recreational program. From organizing teams and training sessions to supporting players, families, and coaches, Ben is committed to building a fun, inclusive, and development-focused environment for our youngest athletes. His leadership will help ensure every player enjoys the game while learning fundamental skills that prepare them for future success—on and off the field.
