• Educate players and their families about NCAA eligibility requirements, academic standards, and timelines for college applications.
• Assist players in creating athletic resumes, highlight videos, and player profiles for college coaches.
• Communicate with college coaches on behalf of players to facilitate recruitment opportunities.
• Organize college showcases, recruitment events, and college visits for interested players.
• Help players understand the importance of academic success alongside athletic achievements for college opportunities.
